Stanbro Real Estate llc is a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in homes that incorporate good design and quality construction. We know that trying to be all things to all people is unrealistic, and more importantly, it is not in the best interest of our clients.
Our primary focus for the past 8 years has been on midcentury modest and midcentury modern homes, particularly historic modernist architecture. While researching and cataloging midcentury modern homes we have developed extensive relationships with homeowners, original architects, preservationists and other experts…but we’re still learning and discovering new gems every day!

My love of modern architecture and knowledge of real estate has been cultivated throughout my life.
I’m a Colorado native who was raised here by transplanted New Yorkers. We lived in a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in Evergreen designed by my mother with the help of Bill Marshall. Marshall was one of “The Woodpeckers,” cabinet makers turned home builders in Evergreen during the early 60′s. They are responsible for some of the most unique modern homes built in Evergreen during that time. While my mother designed and acted as general contractor building custom rustic modern homes, my father (Don Stanbro) was running a successful real estate company where I began working at the age of 16…the original Stanbro Real Estate Company.
